Port Angeles Parks and Recreation and the Elwha Klallam Tribe hosted the Port Angeles Presidents’ Day Classic basketball tournament last weekend in Port Angeles. The Port Angeles White 8th-graders defeated PA Green 46-43 in the championship game. John Vaara hit three free throws in the final 23 seconds for the margin of victory.
