Jefferson County Parks and Recreation Jefferson County Parks and Recreation’s Summer Basketball Camp was held at Blue Heron Middle School in Port Townsend earlier this month. About 70 campers ages 5-13 worked on dribbling, shooting, passing and other basics while instructed by 15 camp counselors. A tournament wrapped the week.

Lincoln Park BMX riders raised $3,170 during its Race For Life Saturday during the park’s big weekend of racing. The Race for Life, with 151 riders participating, raised funds for USABMX and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
