RE/MAX Prime brokers recognized among Washington’s top producers

Sequim-based real estate professionals at RE/MAX Prime are celebrating a successful 2025, earning statewide recognition for their performance in a dynamic market.

The team was honored at an April 2 celebration, with the following achievements:

  • Michael McAleer, Team McAleer – Pinnacle Award
  • Sarah Aschim, Team McAleer – 100% Club
  • Tiffeny Amundson, Team McAleer – 100% Club
  • Trina Jackson, Team McAleer – 100% Club
  • Marcus Oden – Executive Club
  • Trisha Cobb – 100% Club
  • Jerrin Fiorini – 100% Club

  • Nell Clausen – Platinum Club

As a firm, RE/MAX Prime ranked second in Washington state for total office sales in 2025, while Team McAleer ranked third for overall closed transactions, according to owner and broker Jerrin Fiorini.

Fiorini, who acquired the brokerage following the retirement of founder Liz Parks, praised the team’s dedication and client-first approach.

“RE/MAX Prime Realtors deliver honest, hard-working, and professional service that clients continue to rely on,” Fiorini said. “Their success speaks to their commitment, even in a market that has presented its share of challenges.”

Sequim continues to attract a steady stream of buyers, particularly retirees and those looking to downsize, drawn by its mild climate, vibrant community, and relatively low rainfall compared to other regions.

A community-focused future

With strong local roots, Fiorini remains committed to maintaining RE/MAX Prime as a locally owned, community-driven firm.

We consider ourselves a family, small but mighty. Every client receives a high level of care. From the moment they walk through our doors, they are met with professionalism and a genuine desire to help.

The team’s collaborative environment, combined with more than 175 years of collective experience, ensures clients benefit from both seasoned expertise and fresh perspectives.

“I’m fortunate to work alongside some of the most trusted and accomplished professionals in the industry,” Fiorini added. “I’m incredibly grateful for their support and belief in our vision. Change isn’t always easy, but their commitment has made all the difference.”
