Dream Playground to close for maintenance

The Dream Playground at Erickson Playfield will close for maintenance from Thursday through Sunday, according to the city’s parks and recreation department. All other amenities at Erickson Playfield will remain open.

The turf surrounding the ADA-compliant merry-go-round will be replaced with a larger patch to reduce future wear and tear and the rest will swept and cleaned. Sponsor bricks also will be installed around the gazebo.
