The three forums are of Legislative District 24 races for Position 1 and Position 2 representatives; Jefferson County sheriff’s race, and the race for Jefferson County Commissioner Position 3, a seat now held by Greg Brotherton.
The Aug. 2 primary will cull the choices for the commissioner seat and legislative seats to two for the Nov. 8 primary.

Ballots for the primary election have been mailed to registered voter and be turned in by Aug. 2.
New online and mailed-in registrations to vote must be received by July 25.
In person registration is possible through Aug. 2 at both the Jefferson County Courthouse and Clallam County Courthouse.
