Two opportunities coming to learn about space during summer reading program

The Summer Reading Program will present “Cruise the Solar System” from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday.

The program will be held in the Jefferson County Library, 620 Cedar Ave.

Youths aged 5-11 years old will be able to learn about the sun, planets, asteroids and comets that make up the solar system.

The same program will be presented from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 16 at the Quilcene Community Center, 294952 U.S. Highway 101, Quilcene.
