No students injured in early morning school bus wreck in Port Angeles

PORT ANGELES — No students were injured in an early morning wreck involving a Port Angeles School District bus and minivan Wednesday morning.

State Patrol reports the minivan hit the school bus near the front loading door at the corner of Kemp Street and Mount Pleasant Road.

The driver of the minivan was transported by ambulance to an area hospital for treatment.

School district officials confirmed that no students were injured and that parents have been notified.
