What you’ll do

As a 9-1-1 dispatcher, you’ll work at the heart of emergency services. Your role is critical – you’ll field calls from individuals in crisis and coordinate responses with law enforcement agencies, fire departments and emergency personnel. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to save lives and protect your community.

Your responsibilities include:

● Operating advanced communication systems.

● Handling computer transactions and recordkeeping.

● Dispatching help quickly and efficiently.

● Thriving under pressure while guiding callers and managing resources.

Supported by experienced staff, you’ll receive comprehensive training to excel in this fast-paced environment. With 12-hour shifts rotating every three months, you’ll become an integral part of a 24/7 operation that’s always ready to answer the call.
