PORT ANGELES — Capt. Crystal Birks has been assigned as the Corps Officer in Port Angeles.

She will take over the church and business of Salvation Army on Monday, June 26.

Birks is the daughter of Lt. David and Capt. Debbie Birks who were assigned to the Port Angeles Salvation Army from 1986 to 1989.
