PORT ANGELES — The North Olympic History Center has announced that Oct. 30 is the deadline for applications for its 2022 Hands on History scholarships.
Applicants must select an area of history to write an essay on; the essays will be publicly presented on April 23.
The scholarship program is open to all high school students, including home-schooled students, in Clallam County.
Applications are available at county high schools, including Olympic Peninsula Academy and Olympic Christian School.
