Ten teams from around the state and 30 Port Angeles High School alumni competed last week at the Rumble on the Ridge adult basketball tournament. Winning the tournament was the 7 Cedars Casino team, which beat the Dream Team 65-57 in the championship game. Sequim shifts to remote utility meters
