At long last, lights 

A city crew installed long-awaited lights above Tyler Plaza in downtown Port Townsend this week. The bulbs will stay on from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m., city Public Works Director Steve King said, adding they're a year-round fixture. Port Angeles firefighters stage for entry into the former Bushwhacker restaurat during a fire training session on Friday. The exercise included filling the building with smoke to simulate the experience of a real fire and the use of a mannequin for rescue drills. Fire department Capt. Kelly Ziegler said the building would not be intentionally burned, but indicated that it was slated for eventual demolition.
