Raptor center plans Mardi Gras benefit

SEQUIM — Tickets to the Northwest Raptor & Wildlife Center’s second annual Wildlife Mardi Gras fundraiser are on sale now.
The benefit, scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 25, will include a daytime tour of the raptor center and evening festivities at the SunLand Golf & Country Club Ballroom at 109 Hilltop Drive in Sequim.
Along with a New Orleans-style buffet dinner, a silent auction, costume contests, music and dancing are planned.
Tickets are $35 per person or $280 for a table of eight.
Proceeds go to the Sequim wildlife rehabilitation and rescue charity founded by Jaye Moore.
