State attorney general to speak at Democrats’ dinner in Port Angeles

PORT ANGELES — State Attorney General Bob Ferguson will be the keynote speaker at the Clallam County Democrats’ 2016 Franklin &Eleanor Dinner on Saturday, Oct. 8.

The dinner will be in 7 Cedars Casino’s Club Seven lounge in Blyn. A meet-and-greet will start at 4 p.m. and the dinner and program will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Tickets are $55 per person if purchased by this coming Saturday. They will be $60 per person after that.

Ferguson, the state’s 18th attorney general, is running for re-election Nov. 8 against Libertarian John Trumball.

The attorney general directs 500 attorneys and 600 professional staff providing legal services to state agencies, the governor and the state Legislature.
