QUILCENE — A Quilcene woman was airlifted to a Seattle hospital after a two-car collision south of Mount Walker.
Ashley R. Barrow, 34, was driving a 2000 Toyota Avalon northbound on U.S. Highway 101 about 3:22 p.m. Friday when she crossed the center line and collided with a Chevy Tahoe that was traveling southbound on the highway, the State Patrol said.
Both vehicles came to rest in the southbound lane, the State Patrol said.
Barrow was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center, where her condition was unavailable Monday afternoon.
Cassandra D. Fingerson, 38, of Enumclaw, the driver of the Tahoe, and Jamie R. Williams, 44, of Tacoma, a passenger in the Tahoe, both were uninjured, the State Patrol said.
All three people involved in the incident were wearing seat belts, the State Patrol said.
Both vehicles had reportable damage and were towed from the scene.
