SEATTLE — An 86-year-old Port Townsend woman has died from injuries suffered in a head-on collision on Cape George Road last month, the Washington State Patrol said.
Dorothy M. Forsberg died Sunday afternoon at Harborview Medical Center after she was airlifted Oct. 24 from the crash scene at Crutcher and Cape George roads.
She suffered leg fractures and internal injuries in the crash, the State Patrol said at the time.
The patrol’s detective division is reviewing the crash, a patrol spokesman said Monday.
“The investigation is continuing, and investigators are going to be looking into any and all contributing factors that could have caused this collision,” said state Trooper Brian George.
No arrest has been made.
