What a hoot! Owl caught on camera letting out a huge belly laugh

“THIS MAJESTIC SNOWY owl looks like it’s cracking a broad smile as it perches on top of a branch in Washington’s Olympic National Park.

“The birds of prey traditionally flock to the Olympic mountain range in early February.
