Virtual legal aid clinic offered

PORT ANGELES — Clallam-Jefferson County Pro Bono Lawyers will conduct a legal aid clinic from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 27.

For the first time, the free consultations will be conducted by telephone or Zoom conference.

It is clinic is designed to allow local people to address their civil legal issues in one-on-one consultations with volunteer lawyers.

Legal aid clinics are geared to help those who are financially unable to otherwise access an attorney but are open to all those who register.

Clients are required to register for the clinic by calling 360-504-2422 or by emailing [email protected] or [email protected] not later than Feb. 18.

Additional directions will be provided to clients after they register.
