NORDLAND — Today at 3 p.m., Navy Band Northwest “Passage” at Fort Flagler State Park’s Battery Bankhead, 10541 Flagler Road.

The band covers hits from the 1960s through the present, lending its interpretation to artists as diverse as Johnny Cash, Led Zeppelin, Heart, Journey, Radiohead, Lady Antebellum and Brandi Carlisle.

Bring chairs or blankets.

The concert is free, and no Discover Pass is needed, as today is a “free day” in Washington state parks.

SEQUIM — Tuesday, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Twisted Roots (folk).

Sequim’s Music in the Park series is every Tuesday through Aug. 27 at the outdoor James Center amphitheater in the Sequim Water Reuse Park, 563 N. Rhodefer Road, just north of Carrie Blake Park.

Don’t forget to bring your own seating to the grassy expanse.

Next Concert in the Park: Stardust Big Band (swing), Aug. 13.

PORT ANGELES — Wednesday, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., The Retro Guys (rock).

The Port Angeles Regional Chamber of Commerce’s concert series is every Wednesday night through Sept. 4 at City Pier.

Next Concert on the Pier: Wally’s Boys (swing), Aug. 14.

PORT TOWNSEND — Thursday, 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Ranger and The Re-Arrangers (gypsy jazz).

The Port Townsend Main Street Concert on the Dock series is every Thursday through Aug. 29 at the Pope Marine Plaza on the downtown waterfront.

Bring a blanket or lawn chairs for additional seating.

Next Summertime concert: Old Side Kicks (country), Aug. 16.

Last Friday’s Olympic Express Big Band (swing, standards, Dixieland, rock, jazz) was cancelled due to wet weather.
