PORT ANGELES — The Roughrider girls are at it again tonight.
Port Angeles (19-2) takes on Kentlake (16-5) in the second round of the West Central District 4A Tournament at 8 p.m. at Olympia High School.
If the Roughriders win, they would stay in line for the district championship game and, at the very least, clinch the fourth seed to state.
However, Port Angeles has lost its second-round district game for the past two years.
“That was one of our goals going into the season, was to make sure we win that second game,” Port Angeles coach Mike Knowles said Thursday.
