Olympic Medical Center and University of Washington physicians will team up to provide cancer care services to patients treated at Olympic Medical Radiation/Oncology Center in Sequim.
The joint effort begins June 1.
Hospital commissioners approved a three-year contract this week that calls for a maximum payment of $480,000 and no more than $200,000 in any one-year period for radiation and oncology services.
Olympic Medical Center previously contracted with Virginia Mason of Seattle for those services.
The new contract is one of several recent changes regarding the cancer center currently located in the 500 block of North Fifth Avenue.
