DISCOVERY BAY— A Sequim man was taken to Olympic Medical Center with minor injuries after a wreck at the intersection of U.S. Highway 101 and state Highway 20 on Wednesday afternoon.

John Wright, 61, was treated for minor injuries at OMC and discharged, according to a hospital spokesperson.

Thomas Kreaman, 68, of Port Angeles was cited for failure to yield, according to Trooper Russ Winger, State Patrol spokesman.

Shortly after 1 p.m., Kreaman was traveling south in an Impala on Highway 101 and attempted to make a left turn onto Highway 20 when he struck the Honda that Wright was driving, Winger said.

The Honda was spun into a Ford driven by Kenneth Laughman, 47, of Port Angeles, Winger said.

Neither Kreaman nor Laughman was injured, Winger said, adding that traffic was slowed but was not stopped.
