SEQUIM — One young woman will be crowned queen and three others will be named to the 109th Irrigation Festival Royalty Court on Saturday night.
The festival pageant begins at 7 p.m. to narrow a field of 10 Sequim High School girls to four who will represent Sequim at the festival in May and at other events around Western Washington.
The pageant will be held in the auditorium of the high school’s performing arts center, 601 N. Sequim Ave.
The candidates are:
* Sarah Barnett, a 16-year-old junior and the daughter of Stephanie and Keith Barnett.
* Chelsea Beus, a 17-year-old junior and the daughter of Christy Beus and Curtis Beus.
* Wynn Callin-Young, a 16-year-old junior and the daughter of Lance and Annetta Callin-Young.
* Adrianna Creasey, a 15-year-old junior and the daughter of Carol and Stanton Creasey.
* Katie Gammill, an 18-year-old senior and the daughter of the late Bonnie Gammill.
* Ashlee Gustason, a 16-year-old junior and the daughter of Gerilee Gustason.
* Michelle Henry, an 18-year-old senior and the daughter of Laurie and Dusty Henry.
* Shaina Smith, a 16-year-old junior and the daughter of Gary and Arlene Smith.
* Tomi-Kay Thompson, an 18-year-old senior and the daughter of Judy Sensintaffar.
* Rachel Winter, a 17-year-old senior and the daughter of Gene Winter.
