Clallam County commissioners on Tuesday approved the final plat for the 44-acre, 18-lot Bell Gates subdivision on the southeast side of Bell Hill near Sequim.
Lots will range in size from 1.5 acre to 10 acres with a certified public water system and a connection to the city of Sequim sewage treatment system, said Ann Wells, county Community Development Department special project coordinator in Port Angeles.
The property is on both sides of Elk Pass Road and is owned by Good Management Corp.
