Sequim city council member recognized

SEQUIM — The Association of Washington Cities has awarded a Certificate of Municipal Leadership to Sequim City Council member Rachel Anderson.

The certificate program recognizes elected officials for training in four core areas: roles, responsibilities and legal requirements; public sector resource management; community planning and development; and effective local leadership.

Anderson completed more than 30 hours of training credits to earn the certificate.
