SEQUIM — A 15-year-old boy has been charged with two counts of fourth-degree assault for allegedly touching two girls at the Sequim Boys and Girls Club.
Sequim police arrested the teen-ager earlier this week after two girls complained about the boy, Clallam County Deputy Prosecutor Ken Norris said.
Fourth-degree assault is a gross misdemeanor, Norris said, noting each charge could carry a maximum penalty of one year in jail and a $5,000 fine.
The charges come a month after the same teen-ager was arrested for allegedly selling marijuana at the club, juvenile court documents show.
