Sequim: Alumni group forming

SEQUIM — An organizing meeting of the new Sequim Alumni Association will be conducted Saturday.

Held in conjunction with the first Sequim All-Schools Reunion, the meeting begins at 4:30 p.m. in the Sequim High School cafeteria, 601 N. Sequim Ave.

“Almost 200 alumni and friends have already paid the $25 charter membership fee,” said association spokeswoman June Robinson.

Charter memberships will be sold during the reunion. Robinson said regular memberships will cost $10 per year.

“All members will be eligible to vote at the organizing meeting,” she said.
