School spruce-up: Chimacum capital changes

CHIMACUM — Opening day of school is just a few weeks away and besides getting new pencils, pens and other gear, part of the excitement is seeing what changes have taken place over the summer. Pictured is a construction worker smoothing out concrete poured for a ramp at the main campus of the Chimacum School District offices. Below, two construction employees work on painting the outside of the Chimacum Primary School. The work at the offices and primary school are part of the capital projects the district is completing this summer.
