CARLSBORG — Clallam County Public Utility District No. 1 has announced a scheduled power outage in the West End from 10 p.m. Thursday until 6 a.m. Friday.
The outage will affect electric customers from Lake Crescent and west, including Joyce, Forks, Neah Bay and Sekiu, according to a notice on the district’s website.
During the outage, the Bonneville Power Administration will conduct maintenance and perform system reliability improvements on its West End transmission lines.
Maintenance crews from Clallam PUD will conduct maintenance on the district’s equipment to take advantage of the outage.
