PORT TOWNSEND — The annual Rhododendron Festival kicks off Saturday with the Rhody Bicycle Tour, arts and crafts fair, senior citizen’s royalty coronation and dance and the All-City Young Violinists Concert.

The bike tour is sponsored by the Port Townsend Bicycle Association.
Start and finish is at the Haines Place Park-and-Ride in Port Townsend.
Four routes — a 32-mile, 44-mile, 55-mile and 62-mile ride — follow the terrain of East Jefferson County’s rural roads.
Registration is anytime between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
