PORT TOWNSEND — The ethics board called to review a complaint against Councilwoman Freida Fenn continues to be shuffled around.
Last week, the initiators of the process amended their complaint with two Port of Port Townsend documents and the deed to Fenn’s residence.
Former City Councilman Al Frank along with city residents Bryn and Leola Armstrong believe that Fenn should have disclosed her relationship to Pygmy Boats Inc. before directing the city attorney to draft a moratorium on demolitions in historic districts.
Since the filing of the complaint, City Clerk Pam Kolacy has been assembling an ethics board to review the case.
The board’s members were selected by choosing names in a lottery.
