PORT TOWNSEND — The Key City puts on its Yuletide finery Saturday for the annual Victorian Tree Lighting Ceremony.
And Santa Claus once again takes a starring role as he arrives at Union Wharf aboard the Cape Flattery at 4:30 p.m.
Carriage rides will be available downtown between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
The Kitsap Christmas Carolers will add festive notes around the downtown district from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Santa Claus arrives at 4:30 p.m. at Union Wharf, then the community — carolers and all — moves to Haller Fountain for the community tree-lighting celebration.
Santa will meet children from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Jefferson County Historical Museum at City Hall, Water and Madison streets.
