PORT TOWNSEND — Bette Fountain knows just what her grandsons are going to do after Thanksgiving dinner.
Play football.
The holiday may be two months away but there’s no question the post-turkey pigskin potluck will continue in 2003.
“The football tradition in our family goes back a long way,” Fountain says.
Back so far, in fact, it’s practically a pillar of the Port Townsend High School football team.
Five of Fountain’s grandsons play on this year’s Redskins team, which is off to a 3-0 start, ranked seventh in the state Class 2A poll and hosts Eatonville tonight at 7 at Jefferson County Memorial Athletic Field.
