PORT TOWNSEND — Documents planning the next 20 years of development of Port of Port Townsend facilities are almost official.
Port Commissioners Bob Sokol, Conrad Pirner and Herb Beck unanimously approved the Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements at a meeting Wednesday.
A public hearing was also held on the airport master plan.
Commissioners are expected to adopt both documents by resolution at a special meeting Dec. 22 at 9 a.m. at the Point Hudson Pavilion.
The comprehensive scheme is mandated by state law.
