PORT LUDLOW — Improvements and repairs at the Resort at Ludlow Bay are under way and business is booming.
That’s what Michael Padden and Greg McCarry of Port Ludlow Associates reported Thursday to the Port Ludlow Village Council.
Padden, Resort at Ludlow Bay general manager, said second quarter revenues for the resort — including the restaurant, hotel and golf course — are up between 10 percent and 15 percent over last year.
Padden also said preliminary designs for the new golf clubhouse have been completed.
The plans will displayed at the old clubhouse, which will be torn down, McCarry said.
The resort plans a new membership drive for the golf course in June, Padden said.
Padden reported that phase one of extensive repairs to the marina docks has been completed. Port Ludlow Associates will spend a total of $250,000 over a 10-year period on the docks.
