PORT LUDLOW — The Coast Guard says it is continuing to watch for a fuel slick from a 55-foot fishing vessel that sank near the entrance to Hood Canal on Tuesday.
Petty Officer Kurt Fredrickson said Thursday in Seattle that he doesn”t have reports from the latest overflights of the area near Foulweather Bluff northeast of Port Ludlow.
The Puget Sound Marine Safety Office is investigating the incident.
Coast Guard investigators should have more to say about the incident today, Fredrickson said.
