Port Angeles: Westside street, park to be closed for pipeline project

The stretch of Port Angeles’ Fourth Street between Hill and N streets is closed to through traffic beginning today for the installation of sewer and storm drain pipes.

Crown Park will also be closed starting today.

The closures are expected to last until the end of November, said city civil engineer Michael Szatlocky.

A detour route for traffic using Hill Street will be clearly marked, Szatlocky said.
