PORT ANGELES — The local toddler who received a heart transplant earlier this year has been re-admitted to Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center in Seattle.
Two-year-old Haille Alley returned to the hospital Friday evening, but family and friends say they expect her home in the next few days.
“She was starting rejection,” her mother Crystal Alley said Saturday afternoon. “If they can get her levels back with meds, then she should be OK.”
A nursing supervisor at Children’s hospital and Regional Medical Center said the toddler was in stable condition Saturday afternoon, but could not release detailed information.
