Accused deputy killer Thomas Martin Roberts was returned to the Clallam County jail Wednesday.
Roberts, 54, of Port Angeles is charged with first-degree aggravated murder in the shooting death of Clallam County sheriff’s deputy Wally Davis on Aug. 5, 2000.
Roberts had been at Western State Hospital near Tacoma for psychiatric evaluation since June 20.
