PORT ANGELES — The Port of Port Angeles “clearly is not interested” in hosting a California-based shipping company’s proposed manufacturing facility, the firm’s president said Thursday.
“Unless we hear something different from Port Angeles, they essentially have taken themselves out of consideration for this project,” said Stas Margaronis, president of Santa Maria Shipping LLC, a five-year-old company based in Santa Rosa, Calif.
