PORT ANGELES — It’s like having an open air art museum in your back yard.
For the third consecutive year, the Port Angeles Downtown Association’s Art on the Town is adding culture to downtown.
Ranging from wood to bronze, from conventional to contemporary, the sculptures provide a great way to get out of the house.
This weekend marks the grand opening of the 2001-02 show.
To celebrate the event, the Port Angeles Downtown Association will be providing a guided tour of the exhibits at noon Saturday.
To take the tour, head to a booth set up at the corner of North Lincoln and Railroad streets.
Brochures for those wishing to guide themselves will also be available beginning at 9 a.m.
Details appear in the Friday/Saturday edition of the Peninsula Daily News, on sale throughout Clallam and Jefferson counties. Click on “Subscribe” to get your copy delivered to your home or office.
