PORT ANGELES — A Port Angeles man faces child rape charges after two girls talked with police.
Walter Floyd Mozingo, 52, was arrested Monday for investigation of three counts of first-degree rape of a child.
He will be formally charged at 3 p.m. today in Clallam County Superior Court.
Port Angeles Detective Cpl. Kori Malone and Officer David Arand conducted separate interviews with the two girls Monday.
Rapes allegedly took place when the children were younger than 12.
Police arrested Mozingo at his Eckard Avenue residence Monday.
He is being held in the county jail on $150,000 bail.
