PORT ANGELES — The young musicians of the high school symphonic and chamber orchestras played last weekend at the pinnacle of the Mercer Island Music Festival.
They were selected to perform during the event’s grand finale concert.
It was the first time two orchestras from one school were selected to perform in finale in the event’s 17-year history.
