Port Angeles: Former Kmart complex sold

Philips Shopping Center, commonly known as the Kmart shopping center, has been sold to a Kent-based development company.

BDG LLC paid $4.4 million to Delaware-based Philips Shopping Center Fund L.P. for the three-lot property on East Kolonels Way, just off U.S. Highway 101, documents show. The deed was transferred Oct. 31.
