PORT ANGELES — Monday’s arrival of two restored bombers attracted many people too young to remember the Vietnam War, let alone World War II.
But it also brought out veterans with fond memories of the historical aircraft.
“These are clean and tidy compared to the ones we worked on,” said 72-year-old Art Dunker of Port Angeles.
“Everything on here is in pristine condition.”
