PORT ANGELES — Port Angeles Fine Arts Center’s “Cabinet of Wonders” fundraiser will take place at the Masonic Temple, 622 S. Lincoln St., from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday.
The event will feature a gourmet dinner — with various fare presented as part of a “roaming” smorgasbord — music by the Jimmy Hoffman band and live and silent auctions of antiques. trips, gourmet excursions and artwork.
Tickets are $75 and will be available at the door.
Proceeds from the dinner and auctions will help fund the arts center’s operations.
The arts center is responding this year to dual challenges from the withdrawal of city funding and reduced endowment revenue.
Advance tickets are available at these Port Angeles locations — Port Book and News, 104 E. First St., and the arts center, 1203 E. Lauridsen Blvd.
The dinner is sponsored by the Port Angeles office of D.A. Davidson, Inc., an investment firm.
