A Chilean-flagged ship left Port Angeles Harbor under its own power Tuesday afternoon after undergoing engine repairs.
The container vessel Andino was towed into the harbor Sunday night from Pillar Point, east of Clallam Bay, when it reported having turbocharger problems on its main engine.
The U.S. Coast Guard dispatched the rescue tugboat Barbara Foss from Neah Bay Sunday afternoon. A sister tug rendezvoused with the freighter and Barbara Foss and brought the ship to Port Angeles.
