PORT ANGELES — A city hearing examiner will conduct a public hearing Nov. 21 on a petition to vacate a small portion of public right-of-way on K Street in west Port Angeles.
The hearing will begin at 4 p.m. in the City Council chambers at City Hall, 321 E. Fifth St.
Petitioner John Ralston has asked the city to vacate a portion of the K Street right-of-way between Ninth Street and the alley between Eighth and Ninth streets, according to a city announcement. Ralston owns property abutting the right-of-way.
The hearing examiner will make a recommendation on the petition to the City Council.
Any appeal of the final decision by the City Council must be filed within 21 days of the decision.
