PORT ANGELES — The city staff plans to study how to address requests for a skateboard helmet law and a memorial to 14-year-old Frank Russo, who died Saturday after being injured in a skateboarding fall.
The staff could make recommendations to the City Council as early as July 5, at its meeting that day, said City Manager Mark Madsen Wednesday.
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission also could have a special meeting, possibly in July, to study the proposals.
