Commodore Doug Schwarz and master rower Lauren Doyle of the Sequim Bay Yacht Club presented a check for $625 to Port Angeles rower Ella Ventura at a club meeting May 24. The money will be used to help fund her trip to this summer’s U.S. Rowing Under 17 Olympic Development Program in Ashland, Ore.
